Privacy Notice
Last updated: May 2026. Pre-commercial beta.
BioCatalyst Radar is a static public frontend for a scientific catalyst intelligence platform. The public site does not connect to any private backend, database, or API. It reads only sanitized, publicly derived data files hosted alongside the HTML pages.
When you submit the early access form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Organisation (optional)
- Role (optional)
- User type and tier of interest (optional)
- Free-text notes (optional)
This information is used solely to respond to your early access request and to understand who is interested in the platform. It is not used for automated profiling, sold to third parties, or shared with external services.
The early access form endpoint is currently in dry-run mode. Form submissions are acknowledged but not persistently stored or forwarded by the serverless function. If the endpoint is unavailable, the site offers a mailto fallback to send your request directly via email.
Any emails received at the operator address are handled manually and not processed by automated systems.
- We do not sell personal data to any third party.
- We do not use early access form data for advertising or marketing.
- We do not run automated decision-making based on submitted data.
- We do not connect the public static frontend to the private backend database.
- We do not collect financial, medical, or investment-related personal data.
The public frontend uses localStorage only for the demo tier session
(bcr_demo_tier key) — this stores your selected demo tier and is
cleared on logout. No cookies are set. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data held about you. To exercise these rights, contact: pkahlem@s-n-m.eu.
As the platform is in pre-commercial beta, formal data subject rights procedures (response timelines, data portability formats, etc.) have not yet been established. A compliant procedure will be implemented before commercial launch.
- Full GDPR-compliant privacy policy with appointed data controller
- Formal consent mechanism on the early access form
